In honor of the pioneers that settled in Arvada, we present our Pioneer Mule. Made with Mythology Jungle Cat Vodka, Pickett's Ginger Beer, Lemon and Lime Juice.

Distilled from a bourbon sour mash, distilled in a copper pot still, aged in American White Oak deep char barrels, and finished with toasted Aspen Staves.

BCD Wheated Bourbon is fermented and distilled with the same care as Bear Creek's Straight Bourbon but is then matured in 30-gallon American white oak barrels. Once hatched, Wheated Bourbon holds a dark mahogany color, and the aromas of vanilla, oak, and caramel. On the palate, it is slightly sweet with flavors of caramel and fruit followed with a smooth bourbon finish.

Some call it Moonshine, White Lightning, or White Dog, Bear Creek Distillery calls it White Whiskey. BCD White Whiskey is distilled using the same recipe, process, and attention to detail they put into their Straight Bourbon Whiskey. The major difference is, instead of being matured for years in new oak barrels they briefly store the White Whiskey in used bourbon barrels resulting in a corn forward, drinkable “un-aged” whiskey. Try it neat, iced, or as a substitute for vodka in your next Moscow Mule.

Breckenridge's award-winning, high-rye Bourbon Whiskey is aged for a minimum of three years, in charred, new American oak barrels, and blended to reveal the unique qualities of the Bourbon Whiskey. Deep, honey-amber hue with pronounced aromas of butterscotch, candied orange and apple; dry cacao and brown sugar envelop the tongue as the spirit lingers with notes of vanilla and white pepper.

From Buena Vista, corn whiskies don’t always get much respect because of a perception that they’re one-dimensional, but Rough & Tumble belies that reputation. It is distilled from 100% Colorado-grown corn, with 15% of the corn in each batch being cold-smoked with hickory wood. After distillation, it’s matured in Deerhammer’s used single malt whisky barrels.

After two Colorado family farms grow heirloom varietals of wheat, barley, and rye, Laws' labor-intensive cooking technique brings each grain’s individual character to life, while open-air sour mash adds soulful complexity. After three years in 53-gallon charred oak barrels, influenced by Colorado's high-altitude climate, an entirely novel bourbon unfolds. Aromas of orange blossoms compliment notes of black tea, honey and dusty pepper.

Open fermentation in wooden tanks with both house-cultured and indigenous yeast strains. Pot distilled and unfiltered. Aged four years in new American white oak charred barrels on earthen floors in the distillery's unheated dunnage-style bonded warehouse.

The rye whiskey starts with sweetness. Hints of cherry pits and vanilla, and then the spice of the rye comes in on the tip of my tongue, but it has a soft mouthfeel to it. Mid-palate, there are subtle notes of caramel and golden maple syrup with some tobacco and cinnamon notes as it becomes buttery smooth, and well-rounded between the sweet and spicy characteristics.

Grains sourced from Colorado farmers to keep the State 38 Whiskey tradition of proudly supporting Colorado. Nose: tapioca and butterscotch. Front: vanilla and oak. While Stranahan's maintains the quality and base standards of each batch, no two batches are precisely the same. Every barrel is unique and imparts its own characteristics onto the final product. Caramel-butterscotch, vanilla, maple syrup, leather on the nose, with a palate of cinnamon-butter, vanilla, chocolate, warm caramel & spiced pear; flows over the tongue like table cream & melted brown sugar, finishing with a hint of cayenne, rich tobacco, oak & aged leather.

Continuum Cask is Talnua's estate produced Single Pot Still Whiskey, aged for a minimum of 18 months in virgin American white oak casks, then harvested and vatted into larger solera-inspired continuum cask. The continuum cask is never fully emptied. As whiskey is removed from the cask, an equal amount of new whiskey enters. Thus, the average age in the cask will gradually increase as maturation continues over many years. The result is a whiskey with beautifully layered depth and complexity of flavor.

This expression consists of Talnua's estate produced Single Pot Still Whiskey which is harvested and then finished in used Peated whiskey casks; imparting a smoky flavor to the spirit. Bold, smoky oak notes finish out this traditionally triple distilled raw and malted barley mashbill.

Distilled from a "High Altitude High Malt Rye" mash and aged in new and finished in a mixture of different used charred oak barrels(red wine, port, and sherry, just to name a few), Telluride Whiskey touts depth and complexity through its hints of vanilla, honey, and chocolate, as its light body and warm texture cover your mouth making you beg for more.

Tincup is a blend of two great American whiskeys, each aged in #3 charred oak barrels. “High rye” bourbon, distilled and aged in Indiana, is blended with a small amount of Colorado single malt whiskey. These whiskeys are then cut with Rocky Mountain water. Tincup is named for the Colorado mining pioneers and the tin cups from which they drank their whiskey.

Bourbon is about corn and balance and this bourbon is all about both. Distilled from 60% blue corn grown by the Ute Mountain Tribe in Cortez, CO, and balanced with heirloom purple barley alongside unmalted rye; this flagship bourbon is smooth and flavorful. Aged in premium new oak, this is perfect for mixing, shooting, or simply enjoying on the rocks.

Colterris Cabernet Sauvignon displays aromatics of dark concentrated fruits like black current and ripe blackberry with subtle notes of cocoa, tobacco and dried rosemary in support.

Aromas of rose petal, jasmine, lemon sorbet and honey. Sweet palate with ripe tropical fruit flavors and a zesty acid backbone.

Light with delicate lemon, lime, and kiwi on the nose. This is a fresh Pinot Grigio with flavors of melon, tropical, and citrus flavors. Finishes pleasant and clean.

Order a Redtree Pinot Noir when the occasion calls for a bright wine with soft tannins and an easy finish. This Pinot features playful hints of cherry pie that make it an ideal sipping wine before or after dinner.

New French oak Merlot. Hand picked hand crafted with smooth body and color yet softer than the boldness of a cabernet. Notes of vanilla, blackberry and hints of leather.

The floral and citrus notes compliment tropical nuances beautifully, to create a fresh and vibrant every day white wine. The first sip reminds me of cutting into a perfectly ripe honeydew melon. Bright in acid, it lends itself to friends, movies and daydreaming of Springtime.
